What you will do

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to meet client profiles and build talent pools.
• Manage client relationships with timely, professional, and responsive communication.
• Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities in recruitment processes.
• Conduct role briefings and set expectations for recruitment delivery.
• Follow client recruitment processes and use competency interviewing to assess candidates.
• Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value propositions to candidates.

Requirements

• Must be based in Eastern Standard Time zone or Boston area for onsite visits
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in medical technology or medical device companies.
• 5+ years of client-facing experience interacting with hiring managers.
• 5+ years conducting competency and behavioral interviews.
• 5+ years experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing methodologies including Boolean searches.
• High school diploma required; 4-year degree preferred.
