Salary: $80,000–$100,000 base salary plus commission.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in large global accounts.
• Work across internal teams to ensure a unified approach to account management and strategy.
• Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to guide product development and marketing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless renewals and account expansions.
• Track, analyze, and report on key account metrics, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• 7+ years of experience in account management or customer success.
• 3+ years of experience specifically managing large, global accounts.
• Strong understanding of global market dynamics and cultural sensitivities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and strategic planning.
