Location: Currently, there is a policy that allows up to 20% mobile work per week from anywhere within Germany, as well as the option to work from abroad.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic sparring partner for designated business areas, translating business needs into effective company-wide People strategies.
• Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities within business units and turn those insights into concrete actions.
• Work closely with the Works Council and negotiate framework agreements where needed.
• Drive and implement People initiatives in areas such as leadership development, performance, and culture.
• Support change processes and help teams navigate growth, restructuring, or integration.
• Ensure consistent application of People standards while staying pragmatic and business-oriented.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an HR / People Business Partner or in a comparable role with strategic exposure.
• Solid knowledge of German labor law and confidence in working with it in practice.
• Experience leading and implementing People projects from concept to rollout.
• You think analytically and make informed decisions. Curiosity about HR tech and innovative tools is a plus.
• You understand how the different areas of People work connect and can balance business needs with cultural impact.
• Business fluent in German and English.
