Location: Must be based in or be able to commute to the office in Paris, France

What you will do

  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to provide strategic recommendations on talent, performance, and organizational structure.
  • Lead people initiatives aimed at improving team capability and overall leadership effectiveness.
  • Drive performance management cycles and talent reviews to raise the performance bar.
  • Diagnose organizational issues and implement practical, scalable solutions.
  • Support leaders through periods of rapid growth and ensure hiring decisions align with long-term goals.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in HRBP or People Partner roles.
  • Deep knowledge of French labour law is strictly required.
  • Proven experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or GTM organizations.
  • Strong expertise in performance management, organizational design, and talent strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and challenge senior leaders in high-growth environments.
