What you will do
- Map and optimize the B2B buyer journey from initial contact to deal close for SMB and Enterprise segments.
- Build and manage a predictable pipeline to support accurate revenue forecasting and scalable growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing and revenue teams to align channel strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics, including conversion rates and sales cycles, to provide actionable market intelligence.
- Develop strategic messaging based on market trends and competitor analysis to guide marketing efforts.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to secure resources and budgets for regional initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand or lead generation environments.
- Native Spanish speaker with strong English proficiency.
- Deep understanding of sales cycles, inbound pipelines, and CRM systems.
- Highly data-driven approach to performance measurement and decision-making.
- Experience across digital marketing, content, events, and trade shows.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate strategically in a cross-functional organization.
