What you will do

• Plan and execute paid media ads campaigns, mainly through LinkedIn and Google.
• Consult on integrated campaigns framework execution and audience composition to maximize performance.
• Execute sales outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
• Research and identify companies and contacts that match the project’s ICP.
• Leverage market intelligence and marketing automation platforms to maximize efficiency in campaign execution.
• Analyze competitors’ strategies to benchmark campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in paid ads.
• Excellent self-management and organizational skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Background in working with remote or distributed teams.
