TL;DR

Location: Hybrid work format based in Mexico

What you will do

  • Build in-depth market and consumer understanding for assigned product categories and foster knowledge sharing within the marketing team.
  • Identify client brand fragrance opportunities and collaborate with development and S&T teams for olfactive and technology recommendations.
  • Create, deliver, and support client presentations tailored to specific client needs.
  • Work with Sales and Evaluation teams to establish olfactory directions to win briefs.
  • Design new marketing programs to differentiate hirify.global and address client needs.
  • Collaborate with Communications Team to generate content for external audiences and events.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Mexico or able to work hybrid locally
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or related functions, agency or client-side experience is a benefit.
  • Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing principles and channels.
  • Knowledge of fragrance products, trends, and ability to communicate in fragrance language.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively under time and budget constraints.

Nice to have

  • Experience in copywriting and social media content creation.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal networks.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market and consumer data.
