What you will do
- Develop and execute white-glove, C-level executive experiences to accelerate strategic account pipeline.
- Partner directly with Strategic AEs and RVPs to identify deal moments and align programs with account planning.
- Collaborate with ABM and Brand teams to ensure programs are premium, on-brand, and differentiated.
- Establish and track a measurement framework focused on stage progression, meetings, and sales-validated impact.
- Champion a less is more philosophy, prioritizing high-impact experiences over high-volume events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, ABM, or executive programs.
- Proven track record of managing C-level/VP+ audiences and white-glove executive experiences.
- Demonstrated success partnering with Strategic Sales teams to influence deals >$500K ACV.
- Must be located in the Central US with ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with ABM, Brand, and Product Marketing.
- Objective-driven, data-focused mindset with clear examples of driving pipeline and ARR.

- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.
- Background in project management tools.
