What you will do
- Deliver product initiatives using Agile methodology, iterating frequently to meet business objectives.
- Lead cross-team initiatives, organizing interdependencies and managing stakeholder expectations regarding deadlines and risks.
- Drive the technical evaluation process across multi-level internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate decision-making and ensure changes in product development are transparent and understood.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices, ceremonies, and a culture of accountability.
- Monitor OKRs, agile metrics, and initiative status to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
Requirements
- Must be located in Brazil.
- Strong experience in software technology and managing simultaneous projects in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency with the Salesforce platform.
- Hands-on experience with software development processes and tools like Jira.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, system integration, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Pivotal Tracker or Bugzilla.
- Background in computer science or related engineering disciplines.
