What you will do

• Deliver product initiatives using Agile methodology, iterating frequently to meet business objectives.
• Lead cross-team initiatives, organizing interdependencies and managing stakeholder expectations regarding deadlines and risks.
• Drive the technical evaluation process across multi-level internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate decision-making and ensure changes in product development are transparent and understood.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices, ceremonies, and a culture of accountability.
• Monitor OKRs, agile metrics, and initiative status to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.

Requirements

• Must be located in Brazil.
• Strong experience in software technology and managing simultaneous projects in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency with the Salesforce platform.
• Hands-on experience with software development processes and tools like Jira.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, system integration, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pivotal Tracker or Bugzilla.
• Background in computer science or related engineering disciplines.
