What you will do

• Provide IT support via deskside, telephone, and remote technologies.
• Manage IT support queue and deliver Joiner–Mover–Leaver processes.
• Administer Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Privileged Identity Management.
• Support hardware including Windows laptops, Macs, mobile devices, and meeting room equipment.
• Maintain IT asset records and lifecycle management.
• Use ITSM tools to manage incidents, service requests, and knowledge articles.

Requirements

• Location: Must work from London office in a hybrid format.
• Strong hands-on experience providing desktop support on-site and remotely.
• Significant experience supporting Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
• Experience with ITSM frameworks and service delivery best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to interact with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments such as financial services or banking.
• Exposure to security best practices like MFA, device encryption, and privileged access.
• Experience contributing to automation, scripting, or AI-enabled support capabilities.
