Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Execute account-based marketing programs targeting enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Design and coordinate personalized ABM plays engaging key decision-makers and buying groups.
  • Partner with Sales to support account plans and opportunity progression.
  • Develop tailored messaging and content experiences for enterprise stakeholders.
  • Run multi-channel ABM campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, direct mail, and events.
  • Support executive engagement initiatives including curated dinners and account-specific experiences.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in North America (CST or EST time zones).
  • 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience with strong exposure to enterprise demand generation and ABM.
  • Experience executing multi-channel ABM programs targeting complex buying groups.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate account engagement and pipeline signals.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams to support account strategies.
  • Proficiency with marketing and sales platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn.
