Community Manager (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Manage and grow the game's community across relevant social and community platforms.
• Create, schedule, and optimize announcements, event teasers, polls, challenges, player stories, and other interactive content.
• Moderate community channels and maintain healthy, on-brand discussions free of toxicity and spam.
• Develop and execute social media and community strategies, including flexible content calendars.
• Collect, analyze, prioritize, and report player feedback, sentiment trends, feature requests, product issues, and LiveOps performance.
• Collaborate with developers and support teams on releases, events, updates, recurring player issues, and community-driven game mechanics.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the IT or gamedev industry.
• Strong understanding of mobile games, casual audiences, player behavior, and community dynamics.
• Hands-on experience managing social media and player communities at scale.
• Experience with analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting.
• Ability to create simple graphics, short videos, and copy, or collaborate with a designer.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows for copywriting, image and video generation, editing, localization, and content repurposing.

Nice to have

• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Reddit, or similar platforms.
• A portfolio demonstrating community growth or engagement results.
• Additional language skills.
