Events Manager (AI)

Location: hirify.globalybrid in Paris, withirify.global an average expectation of 3 office days per week

hirify.global is an early-stage AI startup developing agentic AI systems thirify.globalat automate complex, multi-step tasks and expand hirify.globaluman capabilities.

• Develop thirify.globale annual events strategy and select relevant events for Public Affairs, Sales, Techirify.global, and hirify.globalR teams.
• Manage event participation, including boothirify.globals, side events, additional passes, speaking opportunities, and on-site logistics.
• Coordinate media relations withirify.global communications and marketing teams, maintain a targeted journalist network, and create event communication kits.
• Brief and coordinate sales teams and othirify.globaler participants, including one-to-one and strategic meetings during events.
• Produce real-time posts, internal recaps, follow-up emails, press reviews, and media coverage reports.

• 3–5 years of experience in techirify.global event management.
• Establishirify.globaled network among organizers, journalists, and speakers in thirify.globale Frenchirify.global and European techirify.global ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of securing speaking opportunities, negotiating boothirify.globals, and pitchirify.globaling editorial angles.
• Experience producing written content, including LinkedIn posts, recaps, and briefs.
• Autonomous, organized, and able to manage multiple events in parallel.
• Bilingual Frenchirify.global and Englishirify.global required.
