What you will do

• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns and contribute to brand positioning and content strategy.
• Grow social media channels, specifically LinkedIn, and create content such as blog articles and case studies.
• Develop lead generation strategies and monitor campaign performance using KPIs and conversion rates.
• Build and manage marketing funnels and automation workflows using HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Maintain and optimize the CRM system in close collaboration with the sales team for lead qualification.
• Support the creation of sales enablement materials.

Requirements

• Degree or training in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in online marketing, social media management (LinkedIn), and content creation.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and sales funnels with a data-driven approach.
• German: business-fluent or native level.
• English: very good written and spoken skills.
• Location: Must be located in Greece.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B marketing.
• Knowledge of performance marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
