What you will do
- Manage technical relationships with major advertisers, acting as the primary point of contact for integrations.
- Translate complex business objectives into custom technical configurations and solutions.
- Troubleshoot client-side code and data issues to optimize account performance.
- Drive the adoption of new platform features and educate clients on maximizing product utilization.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Analyze client data and present optimization strategies during annual account reviews.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Sales Engineer).
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Proven technical proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data from databases and web debugging tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python and server-to-server integrations.
- Familiarity with app integration platforms like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
- Background in the digital advertising industry.
