What you will do

• Lead and grow an engineering and research team building Codex Security agentic systems.
• Set the technical direction for systems analyzing large codebases for vulnerability discovery and automated fixes.
• Design architectures for security workflows combining LLM reasoning, source code analysis, and developer tooling.
• Partner with product, research, and GTM teams to shape the roadmap and ensure enterprise adoption.
• Drive high engineering standards across reliability, security, and performance.
• Translate AI agent advancements into practical tools for developers and security teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams building complex technical systems in security, developer tooling, or AI.
• Strong technical depth in software engineering, distributed systems, or application security.
• Ability to bridge the gap between product, research, and customer-facing workflows.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems into concrete technical systems.
• Ability to balance long-term technical vision with rapid iteration.
