What you will do

• Develop and execute design systems and toolkits that align with business and product objectives.
• Scale a centralized production design capability to ensure efficiency and brand consistency.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Communications, and Creative teams on end-to-end design production.
• Manage the full lifecycle of design systems, from briefing and conceptual development to launch.
• Develop scalable strategies for content localization and adaptation across global markets.
• Oversee vendor relationships, production budgets, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in end-to-end design systems production.
• Strong background in managing full brand identity systems and high-volume asset execution.
• Expertise in bridging creative strategy with scalable production models.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience using data-driven approaches and analytics to inform production strategy.
• Must be located in San Francisco as this is an onsite role.
