What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of 1-3 product designers to ensure high-quality output and professional growth.
• Define design strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics in partnership with product and engineering leads.
• Contribute hands-on to end-to-end design work from initial problem framing to final execution.
• Foster a strong feedback culture and maintain a high quality bar across the enterprise growth area.
• Engage directly with enterprise users to translate complex business needs into intuitive product experiences.
• Optimize resourcing and manage project scope to prevent team overload while maintaining momentum.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of prior experience managing product designers.
• Strong, demonstrable design craft and portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience shipping complex features in enterprise or large-scale product environments.
• Ability to balance people management with individual contributor design tasks.
• Proficiency in collaborating with PM, engineering, and PMM counterparts.
