What you will do
- Build long-term relationships with top partners through proactive communication and business reviews.
- Optimize partner operational performance to enhance service quality and increase platform revenue.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new sports clubs.
- Proactively reduce partner churn and maintain high engagement levels.
- Identify needs of inactive partners and develop targeted action plans for reactivation.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success.
- English: Native proficiency required
- Professional fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of the padel industry.
- Advanced expertise in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
