TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Building and nurturing relationships with SMB accounts to drive product adoption, growth, and retention with an accent on proactive customer health management and risk mitigation. What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SMB customers, developing strong relationships and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Guide new SMB customers through onboarding to ensure quick value realization.
  • Drive product adoption and utilization by understanding customer goals and sharing best practices.
  • Provide proactive and responsive support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Own the customer renewal process by proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure high retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within assigned customer accounts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a B2B customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Proven ability to manage a large volume of customer accounts while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Proven experience with HubSpot and ChurnZero to manage customer relationships and retention.
  • Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and improve customer outcomes.
  • Experience with subscription renewal management.
  • Outstanding proficiency in spoken and written English, Portuguese and Spanish.
