What you will do

  • Ensure customers successfully integrate the product and are satisfied with the results.
  • Understand customer needs within enterprise organizations and help manage prioritizations.
  • Craft internal and external narratives for customer success.
  • Manage engineering time to prioritize important work for customers.
  • Field and troubleshoot customer support requests.
  • Create and update customer documentation and training materials.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years professional experience dealing directly with customers and large organizations in a role within customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of APIs.
  • Ability to quickly understand roles in an organization and craft narratives to gain support.
  • Ability to convince and motivate others.
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and solving problems daily.
  • Ability and desire to learn quickly and think creatively.
