What you will do

• Lead and manage S/4HANA transformation programs including greenfield implementations and run services.
• Oversee projects end-to-end ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Act as primary client contact, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting with full accountability.
• Monitor and optimize service KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, multinational, and distributed teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland (Wrocław, Gdańsk, Poznań, Warszawa) with hybrid work.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in SAP environments, including S/4HANA transformation and greenfield projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology; certification preferred.
• Proven ability to manage executive-level stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Fluent English required; German proficiency is a strong asset.
• Experience with agile delivery methods and agile-at-scale frameworks (e.g., SAFe).
