What you will do

• Plan and lead end to end implementation projects for enterprise customers.
• Run project kick off meetings and define project scope, timeline, and milestones.
• Coordinate daily project activities including planning, tracking, and risk management.
• Act as the primary customer facing contact throughout implementation and go live.
• Coordinate platform configuration activities with technical specialists.
• Oversee API and connector integrations with customer HR tools.

Requirements

• One year of experience as a Project Manager in SaaS or enterprise software implementation.
• Experience in customer facing delivery roles.
• Hands on experience with project planning, coordination, and risk management.
• Experience with project tracking tools such as monday dot com or similar.
• Background coordinating API integrations, connector setups, or data mapping.
• Fluent French spoken and written for daily customer communication.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with LMS LXP EdTech or HRTech platforms.
• Background in integrations or platform configuration projects.
• Technical understanding of APIs.
• Experience supporting UAT and go live phases.
• Experience in consulting or solution implementation services.
