What you will do

• Plan and lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise customers.
• Define project scope, timeline, and milestones, running kick-off meetings.
• Coordinate daily project activities including planning, tracking, and risk management.
• Act as the primary customer-facing contact throughout implementation and go-live.
• Oversee platform configuration activities and API/connector integrations with customer HR tools.
• Support customer testing, prepare production deployment packages, and facilitate sign-offs.
• Deliver regular project status updates and transfer completed projects to Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• One year of experience as a Project Manager in SaaS or enterprise software implementation.
• Experience in customer-facing delivery roles, with hands-on project planning and risk management.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., monday.com).
• Background coordinating API integrations, connector setups, or data mapping.
• Experience running functional workshops and gathering configuration requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage several projects in parallel with a structured and proactive style.
• Fluent French spoken and written for daily customer communication.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with LMS, LXP, EdTech, or HRTech platforms.
• Background in integrations or platform configuration projects.
• Technical understanding of APIs.
• Experience supporting UAT and go-live phases.
• Experience in consulting or solution implementation services.
