What you will do

• Evolve core native app capabilities that define how customers experience the bank across all products.
• Lead the development of platform-level features including design systems, shared components, and experience patterns.
• Leverage iOS and Android native capabilities to deliver differentiated and scalable customer value.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to build intuitive, high-impact solutions.
• Utilize data and experimentation to drive product decisions, engagement, and cross-sell metrics.
• Act as a product leader to ensure all app updates contribute to a cohesive end-to-end user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for mobile apps, preferably in fintech or high-scale consumer products.
• Proven impact in building zero-to-one product features or iterating on existing platforms.
• Experience working closely with iOS and Android engineering teams.
• Strong technical mindset, focusing on platforms and systems that enable team efficiency.
• Data-driven approach with a track record of running experiments and defining success metrics.
• Ability to balance commercial objectives with customer value and long-term engagement.
