What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy aligned with business goals and customer value.
• Partner with finance teams, designers, and engineers to solve complex customer journey challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Support to gather feedback and improve the product.
• Own the product roadmap and prioritization of features.
• Ensure product scalability for larger and complex customers.
• Define and track success metrics related to customer happiness, adoption, and revenue.
• Support go-to-market teams with documentation and product launches.
• Analyze competition to build competitive advantages.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Barcelona, Paris, or London.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Strong understanding of finance workflows, budgeting, and spend policies.
• Ability to translate complex data models and backend systems into intuitive products.
• Strong analytical mindset balancing user feedback and data insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen with P&L understanding.
