TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (must be able to attend the London office 2 days per week)

What you will do
- Define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
- Translate complex business challenges into clear customer problem statements and actionable requirements
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure focus on high-impact initiatives
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and SMEs to design and deliver end-to-end services
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and write structured user stories with precise acceptance criteria
- Utilize data, insights, and stakeholder feedback to drive informed product decisions
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of cloud-based product development (specifically AWS)
- Ability to manage technical trade-offs in complex software environments
- Experience using data-driven insights to inform product strategy
- Commercially aware with strong prioritization skills
- Must be available for immediate start and able to work from London (Paddington) 2 days per week

- Experience within Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech sectors
