What you will do
- Define and manage the product vision and backlog in alignment with strategic business priorities.
- Deliver customer-centric digital journeys that facilitate informed financial decision-making.
- Collaborate with technology, digital, insights, and marketing teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the commercial impact and performance of digital features.
- Lead agile ceremonies and ensure clear communication of sprint goals and user stories.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and perform research to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Product Owner or within an agile delivery team.
- Strong proficiency in digital journey design and multi-channel customer experiences.
- Ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment across multiple business functions.
- Understanding of UX principles and application of customer insights to product design.
- Commercial awareness with proven experience in building business cases and articulating value.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CDPs, or CRM integrations.
