What you will do

  • Define and manage the product vision and backlog in alignment with strategic business priorities.
  • Deliver customer-centric digital journeys that facilitate informed financial decision-making.
  • Collaborate with technology, digital, insights, and marketing teams to implement data-driven solutions.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the commercial impact and performance of digital features.
  • Lead agile ceremonies and ensure clear communication of sprint goals and user stories.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and perform research to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Product Owner or within an agile delivery team.
  • Strong proficiency in digital journey design and multi-channel customer experiences.
  • Ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment across multiple business functions.
  • Understanding of UX principles and application of customer insights to product design.
  • Commercial awareness with proven experience in building business cases and articulating value.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CDPs, or CRM integrations.

  • Knowledge of financial services or workplace savings products.
