What you will do

• Execute product initiatives from discovery through delivery, ensuring high quality and measurable impact.
• Translate complex customer pain points and data into structured, actionable briefs for engineering and design teams.
• Own product prioritization and trade-offs to maximize user happiness, adoption, and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure successful product launches.
• Define and track key success metrics to drive continuous improvement and product differentiation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Strong product craft with a focus on usability, workflows, and detailed user experience.
• Ability to understand and structure complex data models and backend systems.
• Analytical mindset with a proven ability to balance data-driven insights with user feedback.
• English proficiency required for all applications and documentation.
• Strong communication skills to articulate problem statements and solution rationales.
