Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid work model).

What you will do
- Define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for zero-to-one insurance products.
- Build a best-in-class host protection experience by simplifying choices and improving platform trust.
- Utilize AI-driven personalized recommendations to improve discoverability and reduce user cognitive load.
- Translate business strategy into detailed product requirements and manage cross-team planning.
- Partner with engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Influence stakeholders and drive decision-making in ambiguous environments.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience shipping and scaling customer-facing products.
- Proven track record of owning strategy and Go-to-Market for zero-to-one or growth-stage products.
- Strong data fluency including defining metrics, designing experiments, and interpreting analytical results.
- Familiarity with ML/AI-powered products and responsible AI practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical acumen to partner with engineering teams on APIs and architecture trade-offs.
Nice to have
- Professional experience in marketplace, fintech/insurtech, or e-commerce industries.
- Practical experience with SQL and common analytics tools.
- Experience integrating third-party suppliers into technical products.
