Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Springfield or Boston, Massachusetts (Onsite)

Salary: $92,800–$121,800

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document system requirements for GRC technology configurations.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable system solutions.
• Partner with QA and UAT teams to validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across risk management processes.
• Manage stakeholder communications including project demos, status reporting, and release updates.
• Create and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and technical reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst role with a focus on requirements gathering and process improvement.
• At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis and business process modeling.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in standard documentation tools like Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
• Experience with GRC platforms, specifically Archer IRM.
• Experience in project management or leadership roles.
• Strong logic and creativity for troubleshooting system errors.
