TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Driving new business and expanding relationships within large enterprise accounts for a Work AI platform with an accent on complex sales cycles and value-based selling. Focus on navigating organizational structures, managing multi-million dollar deals, and delivering tangible business outcomes through advanced AI technology.

Location: Must be based in the Mid-Atlantic region (Washington, D.C., DE, MD, PA, VA, WV)

Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 OTE

hirify.global is a Work AI platform that provides an intelligent search ecosystem, AI assistant, and scalable agents to help organizations find and act on enterprise knowledge.

What you will do

  • Source and close net new enterprise logos within the assigned territory.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to identify and partner with executive sponsors.
  • Execute data-driven value sales cycles, including the creation of ROI and business justification reports.
  • Collaborate with internal partners such as SEs, BDRs, and Engineering to ensure customer success.
  • Consistently achieve ARR revenue targets through strategic pipeline generation and territory planning.
  • Run rigorous Proof of Concept (POC) engagements based on clear business success criteria.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of closing experience in a high-performing sales role.
  • Must be located in the Mid-Atlantic region (Washington, D.C., DE, MD, PA, VA, WV).
  • Demonstrated track record of closing complex deals within large enterprise organizations.
  • Technical proficiency in SaaS, cloud solutions, APIs, and security infrastructure.
  • Strong ability to pitch highly technical products and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and executives.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MEDDIC or Challenger sales methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of search infrastructure and enterprise data architectures.
