What you will do

• Source and close net new logos within a designated territory.
• Navigate complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors.
• Conduct value-driven sales cycles to align hirify.global’s AI capabilities with customer business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEs, BDRs, and Engineering to move deals forward.
• Create data-driven business justifications and ROI reports for prospective clients.
• Manage and run professional proof-of-concept (POC) cycles based on success criteria.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in closing high-value sales deals.
• Must be based in Charlotte, NC.
• Demonstrated ability to pitch and demonstrate highly technical SaaS or cloud-based products.
• Proven track record of closing complex deals with C-level stakeholders.
• Understanding of technical integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, and security.
• Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of search infrastructure and enterprise knowledge platforms.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar global accounts.
