What you will do

• Identify, engage, and close net-new enterprise business to meet individual sales quotas.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through a combination of self-prospecting and SDR-supported outreach.
• Lead in-depth discovery meetings to understand client supply chain challenges and align with company capabilities.
• Manage complex, long-cycle sales processes involving multiple stakeholders across procurement, operations, and finance.
• Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to shape, progress, and close commercial deals.
• Oversee the initial customer onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience running structured discovery and solution design for complex enterprise solutions.
• Strong prospecting mindset with comfort in cold outreach and high-level negotiation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for executive-level meetings.

Nice to have

• Professional background in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Proficiency in French or Italian.
