Salary: $55 - $60 per hour

What you will do

• Execute design adaptations, line extensions, and secondary panel layouts for consumer packaging.
• Ensure all production artwork meets exact brand guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal studio teams to manage project workflows and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Prepare high-quality files using industry-standard print production techniques and finishing standards.
• Maintain clear communication with team members throughout the project life-cycle.
• Translate creative concepts into technically accurate, production-ready assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a design production role.
• Strong knowledge of print processes, finishes, and separations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and MS Office.
• Detailed understanding of packaging requirements including dielines, copy safety zones, and trim specifications.
• College or University diploma in graphic design.
• Work authorization for the USA required.
