What you will do

• Define and align project scope with business stakeholders and IT partners.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to production rollout.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts and developers.
• Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory standards.
• Report status updates to senior management and facilitate communication across global teams.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of experience in IT project management within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies.
• Proven track record in Capital Markets or regulatory project delivery.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools like Jira.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must have existing authorization to work in the U.S. as no sponsorship is available.
