What you will do

• Manage and maintain the JIRA Kanban board for a team of telecom delivery controls engineers.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Coordinate team schedules, priorities, and project delivery timelines.
• Monitor and report on team performance metrics and work progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on work intake and implementation planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC
• Must work on W2 basis only (no C2C eligibility)
• Proven experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong proficiency with JIRA for workflow management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for stakeholder reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically as a Team Agilist or Scrum facilitator.
• Background working within the telecommunications industry.
• Deep familiarity with Kanban-based delivery models.
