Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid: required in-person attendance at least two days per week).

What you will do

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases for OneStream and Infor applications.
• Document business requirements, define system designs, and establish transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing to ensure system performance.
• Create training materials and user guides to facilitate successful adoption.
• Conduct training sessions for end users and provide post-production support.
• Collaborate with clients to define future state processes based on core business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a consulting practice or similar functional role.
• Minimum of 1 full life cycle implementation of Infor.
• Industry recognized professional certification.
• Must be able to travel as needed (up to 40%).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to conduct technical meetings and documentation.
