What you will do

• Work with EAM business leads to understand system requirements and drive configuration and implementation efforts.
• Support deployment of EAM systems and manage IT change management processes.
• Develop, implement, and support EAM systems to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EAM systems in a timely manner.
• Manage and support EAM systems across iPaaS, SaaS, and on-premises platforms.
• Ensure EAM systems are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Must be willing to hire as FTE
• 6 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
• Experience with at least one work management platform: IFS (preferred), GCI, or Maximo.
• Candidates with Oracle or SAP experience may be considered with enterprise-level experience in work management platforms and processes.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• One or more professional certifications in job-related disciplines.
• 8 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
