Salary: $100,000–$136,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage site architecture, permissions, and system functionality for SharePoint environments.
• Design and implement customized workflows and tools aligned with customer mission requirements.
• Gather and refine functional requirements from government stakeholders.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration control, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies in coordination with IT and security teams.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support leadership oversight and performance measurement.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in SharePoint administration and development
• Demonstrated expertise in workflow automation and business process design
• Experience supporting enterprise collaboration or knowledge management platforms
• Ability to coordinate system security and compliance with relevant stakeholders

• Experience supporting Intelligence Community IT environments
• Background in R&D organizational support
• Skills in integrating SharePoint with enterprise reporting or analytics tools
