What you will do

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for new customers.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for new customers deploying hirify.global.
• Interact directly with government officials and staff on a daily basis.
• Understand customer requirements and pain points, collaborating with cross-functional teams to simplify existing processes.
• Develop expertise in governmental processes across multiple states to effectively address customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with the engagement and adoption team to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in the public sector in a relevant area.
• At least 2 years of experience in software implementation consulting or equivalent work with external clients.
• Strong knowledge and experience in analyzing and reporting large volumes of financial data.
• Proficiency in training customers on software solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to use functions/formulas and pivot tables.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
