What you will do
- Lead the architectural design and full-cycle development of the new dealer originations platform.
- Influence technical strategy by working with business leaders to identify high-impact initiatives.
- Drive engineering best practices for scalability, security, and performance across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Act as a change agent for new methodologies and architectural standards.
- Navigate and manage complex system inter-dependencies within a large-scale enterprise environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience in software engineering.
- 3-5 years of project leadership and mentoring experience.
- Proven hands-on architecture and development experience on the Salesforce platform with 2+ complete implementations.
- Expertise in custom Salesforce development, including LWC, Apex, and RESTful web services.
- Strong background in enterprise-level system architecture and integration patterns.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship (H-1B, TN, L1, OPT not supported).

- Prior experience as a full-stack developer in C# or Java.
