What you will do

• Oversee fund accounting, capital activity, and financial reporting including audited financials and tax deliverables.
• Manage relationships and oversight of third-party fund administrators, auditors, and custodians.
• Design and implement optimized, automated operational processes to support fund servicing and scaling.
• Partner with product, legal, and compliance teams on new fund structuring, setup, and onboarding.
• Monitor fund liquidity, cash positions, and expense allocation processes.
• Ensure compliance with fund documentation, SEC, and FINRA regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or statistics.
• 12+ years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or finance operations.
• Strong expertise in alternative investment funds, ideally with private equity or private credit exposure.
• Advanced accounting knowledge and high proficiency in Excel.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex financial reporting workflows within an audit framework.
• Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment and collaborate within a team structure.

• Experience with tender offer or interval fund structures.
• Background in fund-of-funds or feeder fund operations.
