What you will do

• Serve as the primary OpEx partner for the Consumer business, collaborating with product, engineering, design, and operations leadership.
• Advise on resource allocation, investment decisions, headcount planning, and spending trade-offs.
• Own end-to-end financial planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Lead month-end close and reporting, delivering executive-facing variance commentary and materials for business reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or similar fast-paced finance environment.
• Track record managing large-scale OpEx budgets across multiple cost centers.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders on resource allocation and investment decisions.
• Ability to distill complex financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Advanced financial modeling, SQL for data analysis, and experience with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, NetSuite).
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth tech environment, FinTech, or financial services.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
