Location: Remote-first, with required in-person participation throughout the year for team and company-wide offsites. Must be based in the United States.

Salary: $130,900–$154,000 USD (Base salary range, total compensation also includes equity and bonus eligibility and benefits)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end financial deliverables, including forecasting, reporting, and analysis for business partners.
• Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities by diving into financial and operational data.
• Serve as a key financial partner, presenting analysis and recommendations to Consumer leadership.
• Own the month-end close process, conducting variance analysis and ensuring financial data integrity.
• Develop, maintain, and own financial models to analyze risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• English: B2 required
• Location: Must be based in the United States and able to attend in-person offsites.
• Experience: 4-8+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance with strong financial modeling skills.
• Passion for financial analysis, operational efficiency, and a proactive mindset.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong collaborative skills.
• Ability to identify and address process inefficiencies, leveraging automation or AI.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth tech environment, FinTech, or financial services.
• Proficiency with financial software (Anaplan, NetSuite) and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau).
• SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
