What you will do

• Maintain and improve core financial models including P&L, cash burn, and scenario modeling
• Own monthly board slide decks, investor reporting, and senior leadership team financial updates
• Lead annual budgeting cycle and partner with department heads on budget planning and resource allocation
• Maintain budget vs. actual tracking and variance analysis
• Build forward-looking forecasts to support runway planning and board communication
• Identify opportunities to automate and scale financial reporting processes and conduct ad-hoc analyses

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, banking, or consulting, ideally with healthcare, EdTech, or startup exposure
• Fluent in Excel including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and scenario modeling
• Ability to translate financial concepts clearly for non-financial audiences
• Self-directed with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable forecasting with incomplete data
• Must be located in the United States or authorized to work remotely within the US
