Location: Must be based in Manchester, UK (Hybrid role)

What you will do
- Act as the primary interface between business units and Agile development squads.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine requirements.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, refinement, and sprint planning.
- Map and optimize existing business processes using tools like Miro and Visio.
- Support feasibility analysis and business case development for new technology projects.
- Manage user story definition and ensure clear acceptance criteria for technical teams.
Requirements
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio or Miro.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for delivery tracking.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Manchester office.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and challenge business assumptions with diplomacy.
- Competence in supporting the implementation of business package applications.
Nice to have
- Background in audio, broadcasting, media, or advertising sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365.
- Experience working in structured, mid-sized organizational environments.
