What you will do

• Build data visualization reports and self-service tools for leadership consumption.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to automate and optimize key business processes.
• Develop analytical models, size opportunities, and prioritize initiatives based on ROI.
• Validate data quality and collaborate with engineering teams to improve data assets.
• Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support a cross-functional team of 30+ individuals through rigorous reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as finance, economics, engineering, or mathematics.
• Demonstrated experience in business or financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, macros, pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Strong experience writing complex SQL queries for large datasets.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.
• Experience defining business requirements and extracting insights from metrics.
