What you will do

  • Support Product Owner and Head of Delivery in process design and system development for Operations.
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and FCC teams.
  • Define requirements, document acceptance criteria, and sign off test scripts with Development and Testing teams.
  • Design wireframes, mock-ups, process maps, and flows to support customer-centric agent solutions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the agent product roadmap.
  • Work closely with Customer Support and Training teams to embed new functionalities and policies.

Requirements

  • Must have 8 years professional experience with 5 years in product and operational design.
  • In-depth knowledge of business analysis within retail banking and regulatory environments.
  • Experience delivering large-scale programs with regulatory impact and working with regulators.
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, positive attitude, and able to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong communication and delivery skills.
  • Experience in regulated and audited service environments.
