What you will do

• Enter purchase orders, organize and confirm delivery of goods and services, and verify invoices
• Maintain vendor statements of work and review contracts
• Work directly with suppliers and vendors
• Perform risk assessments on contracts and agreements
• Track procurement budget and prepare reports
• Provide logistical assistance to DevOps and Datacentre teams

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid with 2 days per week in Edinburgh office
• Knowledge of purchase orders, invoicing, and negotiation terms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong multitasking, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
