What you will do

• Plan across offline and online channels, including TV, OOH, Print, Radio, Digital Audio, Display, Video, and Paid Social.
• Develop bigger brand partnerships to create unique and impactful campaigns.
• Manage client relationships and ensure contributions are visible and valued on a high-profile, high-spending account.
• Drive business results for both the client and EssenceMediacom.

Requirements

• Strong management and client relationship skills.
• People management skills to support AD in the management and development of Planners and Execs.
• Solution-focused mindset with a positive, proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a team player mentality.
• Self-motivated with an ambition to make the ordinary extraordinary.
• Ability to prioritise and delegate, as well as manage both up and down.
