What you will do

• Lead high-priority projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
• Drive AI initiatives across the organisation to improve operational efficiency, user acquisition performance, product innovation, and decision-making processes.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business to identify where AI can unlock leverage.
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to ensure smooth communication and alignment between internal teams.
• Optimise operational efficiency by identifying and implementing strategies, including automation and AI-driven workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, operations, user acquisition, business development, business strategy, or AI-driven initiatives.
• Obsessed with AI and actively researching the latest news and tools.
• Ability to lead and execute projects independently, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business operations, product development, and user acquisition.
• Hands-on mindset with the capability to translate AI concepts into practical execution (e.g., automation, AI tools, data workflows, experimentation).
• Analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
